Hello,

My name is Kirtika van Hunen and I am a world citizen with a passion for people and diversity.
Through my trainings I help multinational teams and managers master intercultural skills that enable them to work efficiently and with confidence across cultures.

Diversity in the East and the West

Born in Nepal, brought up in India in an international environment. Travelled intensively & now living in The Netherlands for over 26 years. And worked as a policy officer for the Dutch government for 17 years. And was a guest lecturer at the Fontys University teaching Dutch culture and Language to international students.

Having lived and worked with diversity in the East I now live and work with diversity in the West.

Author

As an experienced professional on living and working between cultures I wrote a book ‘Dutch-ess from the Himalayas’ (2016) which did catch the eye of the local press and the National radio NPO1 interviewed me too.

Through my second book ‘Wanneer culturen elkaar ontmeoten’ (Dutch, 2020) I provide the key to successfully working with cultural diversity to my readers.

I am a certified cross-cultural trainer (Interchange Institute Washington DC) consultant, coach, author, founder and owner of Between2Cultures.
